Narendra Sakle is an accomplished social worker and strategist with over a decade of experience in the field of social development. He holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work (MSW) and currently serves as Director of Pahal Samajik Vikas Sanstha where he is dedicated to community upliftment and empowerment. From 2020 to 2023, he played a pivotal role as Chairperson of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Harda, ensuring child rights and protection under the Juvenile Justice Act. As State Lead Trainer for the Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural), he has advanced sanitation and public health initiatives across Madhya Pradesh. A certified CLTS (Community-Led Total Sanitation) trainer, he has successfully conducted programs in multiple districts of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. His expertise spans community leadership, team building, WASH programs, Panchayati Raj capacity development and women’s empowerment, where he has contributed as a valued resource person.

kumar dhruv

Dr. Kumar Dhruv is a seasoned social change practitioner with over 25 years of grassroots and institutional experience in rural development, child protection, social justice, health, sanitation, education, livelihoods, disaster response and community mobilisation. Rooted in Gandhian philosophy and participatory development, he has worked across multiple states of India with vulnerable communities, while contributing to both field and policy-level interventions. His academic background spans Social Sciences (MA), Social Work (MSW), Education (B Ed) and Law (LLB), enabling him to integrate programmatic, legal and rights-based perspectives. He served as Chairperson of the Child Welfare Committee, Anuppur (2020–2023) and has collaborated with government systems, civil society and social movements. His participatory, transparent approach ensures ethical leadership and impact-driven program implementation.

ramesh chandra agrawal

Ramesh Chandra Agrawal is a senior WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) specialist and team leader with over 21 years of professional experience. He has worked extensively with government departments, civil society organisations, and multilateral agencies such as UNICEF, the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. Currently, he serves as Team Leader for the Himachal Pradesh Rural Drinking Water Improvement Project. His expertise includes implementing national missions like Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) and Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM-G Phase II), conducting state and district-level training programmes across several Indian states and serving as a resource person in sanitation and community mobilisation. He is highly skilled in ODF Plus, solid and liquid waste management, CLTS, water quality management, IEC/BCC campaigns, institutional strengthening, PRI/SHG capacity building and gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) programming.
